- 1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (peas/carrots/corn)
- 2 tbsp Salted Butter
- 1 can Chestnuts (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the spam into cubes, add them to the frying pan, and cook until they turn a little golden brown, keep stirring.
- Then add garlic and onion and continue to cook for a few minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and sprinkle black pepper, add veggies, and keep stirring.
- Add sliced chestnuts and butter, and keep stirring.
- Once ready, serve it with a portion of rice, and garnish with chives.
