Air Fried Sinigang Wings

Air Fried Sinigang Wings! The sourness of the sinigang mixed with the juicy chicken wings will surely be a flavor explosion in your mouth. I must say, this dish is a wonderful fusion of traditional and modern cooking.

Ingredients

  • 8-12 Chicken wings
  • 1 pack Sinigang mix
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Sweet chili sauce for dipping (optional

Instructions

  1. First, pat dry your chicken wings. The dryer the skin, the crispier it will be.
